Our Internet Research Services provide data to help clients make decisions that reflect market opinions, by combining sophisticated and diversified research know-how with analytical capabilities.

  • What is market reflectivity?
    Market reflectivity means how accurately the market is reflected by the research results. Even if the research results can be obtained quickly and cheaply, if the results do not reflect the actual market, they cannot be used effectively for important decisions.

    Reproducibility means that if research projects of the same contents are conducted in the same period, the same results should be obtained.

Ensuring Identification in Panel Registration

INTAGE requires panel respondents to identify themselves in the panel registration process by having them set up a bank account and return confirmation by mail to eliminate “impersonators” who pretend to be someone else or “duplicate respondents” who sign up multiple times.

Extract Target Respondents from a Variety of Attributes Depending on Clients’ Purposes

We obtain a range of attribute details from respondents when they register to be a panel respondent. Information by theme such as cars, housing, diseases and railways are obtained from respondents on a regular basis.

Quantitative Research

Accommodates Even Questionnaires with Complex Structures

To ensure the research results are bias-free, randomization of page display order, randomization of answer categories, alteration of question pattern according to response content, and excerpting of response content are included in the basic charge (please note that some functions are available as options).

Easy to use, Lyche-Pro can handle not only simple and cross analyses but also more flexible cross analysis including re-processing of question items and multiple-layer cross analysis, for up to five layers.
It can also execute morphological analysis of open-ended questions which is almost comparable to word ranking and other text mining functions.
