Through the Agreement with IRI By Leveraging Both Companies' Capabilities and Expertise, INTAGE Will Provide Clients Enhanced Access to Global Market CPG and Retail Insights to Asian and World Marketing Leaders.

Tokyo- Dec. 4, 2013 - INTAGE, the largest marketing research company in Japan and provider of innovative technologies and value-added solutions for wide-ranging industries, announced today that it has formed a business agreement with Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a global leader in innovative solutions and services for consumer, retail and over-the-counter healthcare companies.

Under this agreement, INTAGE enhances their service offerings to provide CPG and retail information and insights to their clients from all markets IRI serves worldwide. In turn, IRI clients gain access to high-quality, unbiased Japanese retail point-of-sale (POS) data via the IRI Global Executive Market Reviews (GEMs) service.

GEMs are customized reports based on the retail data collected from grocery, drug and other available CPG retailers across multiple countries where INTAGE and IRI operate.
