Connecting society with the well-being of people\u2014this is the fundamental role of marketing research. The heart of marketing lies in creating value for customers, or in other words, understanding the target audience and making them happy. Understanding people\u2019s lives is the foundation of value creation and it is with this in mind that INTAGE has adopted the business vision of Creating Consumer-centric Values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the maturation of society, the importance of marketing to understand consumers continues to grow. In addition to traditional methods such as questionnaire surveys, data-driven marketing that leverages business data and behavioral history data has become increasingly significant. Among these, improving customer experience (CX) has become a major theme. Data-driven marketing is easy to see the results in numerical values, but better results mean that products and brands are supported and loved by consumers. It is only through a deep understanding of consumers and the creation of value that a rich customer experience (CX) can be realized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the digital era, the integrated use of data enables the optimization of business processes and value chains. Understanding which products are in demand, where and when that demand arises, and who is purchasing the products helps establish a consumer-centric demand structure. Based on this structure, highly detailed demand forecasting and effective process optimization can be achieved, ultimately contributing to a minimal waste society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By harnessing both the power of data and the power of people that extracts value from data, INTAGE will continue to support the marketing efforts of client companies and deliver consumer-centric value to
