When the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement was enacted, women accounted for 16.67% of managerial positions, but this figure has since increased to 25.19% as of the 2023 fiscal year.
Upon the inclusion of specialists who do not engage in line management (referred to collectively as senior management within the company), this percentage rises to 27.42% — representing approximately one in four employees.
Women are thriving not only at the section manager level but also as department heads, division directors, and board members.

Marketing research, INTAGE’s core business, is a career field in which both men and women can excel.
There are no gender distinctions at any stage of the work process.
In fact, since we often deal with products frequently purchased by women, there are cases where women can leverage their perspective as individual consumers more effectively.

Whether it is recruitment, promotion, or appointment to senior management, gender is never a factor in the decision-making process.
