Since its founding in 1960, INTAGE has been a leading company in the field of marketing research and insights, serving as a bridge between businesses and consumers.

Connecting society with the well-being of people—this is the fundamental role of marketing research. The heart of marketing lies in creating value for customers, or in other words, understanding the target audience and making them happy. Understanding people’s lives is the foundation of value creation and it is with this in mind that INTAGE has adopted the business vision of Creating Consumer-centric Values.
With the maturation of society, the importance of marketing to understand consumers continues to grow. In addition to traditional methods such as questionnaire surveys, data-driven marketing that leverages business data and behavioral history data has become increasingly significant. Among these, improving customer experience (CX) has become a major theme. Data-driven marketing is easy to see the results in numerical values, but better results mean that products and brands are supported and loved by consumers. It is only through a deep understanding of consumers and the creation of value that a rich customer experience (CX) can be realized.
