AI Utilization Guidelines

The vision of INTAGE Inc. is “Create Consumer-centric Values – Aligning with our clients’ marketing to realize people’s happiness together.”
In order to realize this vision, we will actively promote the utilization of AI, which is expected to bring diverse innovations to society.
We support human-centered AI principles. To respect human dignity and individual autonomy, as well as to uphold the principle of placing importance on social sustainability, we will utilize AI in accordance with the following guidelines.

１．Emphasizing Safety and Enhancing Security

We prioritize safety to ensure that the lives, bodies, property, mental well-being, and environment of users and third parties are not harmed. Additionally, to enable the safe utilization of AI, we have implemented measures based on the standard technological levels and work to handle data properly and strengthen security.

２．Ensuring Fairness

We strive to ensure fairness so that no unfair discrimination occurs based on different backgrounds such as race, gender, nationality, age, political beliefs, or religion via the use of AI.

３．Privacy Protection and Compliance

We are committed to complying with relevant laws and regulations in the utilization of AI. In particular, with regard to personal information, we apply our “INTAGE Privacy Policy” and strive to protect privacy.

４．Pursuit of Transparency

Recognizing the opacity of AI-generated results, we ensure transparency in the utilization of AI. Moreover, we are committed to providing information to stakeholders.

５．Pursuit of Quality

We continuously strive to maintain and improve the quality of AI utilization services by establishing quality standards, evaluation metrics, and verification processes for each of the following: AI models, the learning data fed into AI, and AI-generated results.

We review and update these AI utilization guidelines appropriately, taking into consideration the AI governance principles that have been continuously discussed both in Japan and internationally.
