Service Outline

CLT is a market research technique in which participants are invited to a venue on a pre-determined date and asked to complete a questionnaire.
A wide range of tests are possible, including product sampling/tasting and evaluations of product packaging, mock store displays, or TV commercials. Because the venue is under strict supervision, CLTs are also suitable for surveys of products or commercials that are highly confidential, such as those that have not yet been launched.

CLTs are particularly useful in the following kinds of scenarios:

  • You want to check the likeability of a test product and/or evaluate the TV commercial for it before it is released on the market.
  • You want to conduct a blind survey of your product and competing products before making a product relaunch decision.
  • You want help with securing a kitchen studio and preparing samples for a taste test.
